Manager Evaluations

Hello Parents of Tijeras Creek Little League 

As our season comes to a close – it comes time for the Evaluations of the individuals that have volunteered to try and make your child’s season a good experience.  

The Board of Directors, Managers and Coaches all volunteered their time and efforts to make the season a success.  The following evaluation form is the opportunity for the parents to make comments and/or suggestions.  The collective goal of all our volunteers is to make the league better each year.  We value the comments and critiques as a way to develop better training and better evaluation standards for selecting coaches and managers.  Your comments are confidential (unless you choose) and each and every comment is read and used for next year’s selection, evaluation and training processes.

Please take the time to fill out the evaluation form – it should take you about 5 minutes.  We are looking to achieve 100% of the families responding.  We also welcome a response from each parent (sometimes the evaluation can differ in the same household).  The form is simple to follow and covers a range of areas that we evaluate the volunteers.  All we ask is that you keep any comments you may have as constructive and fill out the form with the purpose of assisting the Board of Directors in evaluating the efforts of your manager and coaches to improve for future seasons.
